Inspired by the bustling banh mi scene across Australia and Vietnam we are so excited to introduce Bruces Banh mi to Christchurch. Bread baked fresh every morning, all fillings house-made and authentic vietnamese drinks on offer such as drip coffee, fresh pressed sugarcane juice. We’ve poured a lot into our product and love to serve it with a banter and smile. Come try it out for yourself and see what all the hype is about! :).

Yes! We have lemongrass-marinated fried tofu, fully vegan bread, and deconstructed Bánh Mì bowls. Just ask us to leave out the mayo if you're vegan!

Nope, no reservations needed! Everything is packaged fresh to go, but we have cozy seating inside and stools outside if you want to eat on-site.
